Kodi is a front-end multimedia system that can control your video (DVDs, Streaming), audio (CDs, streaming), photos, and other multi-media activity, in effect create your own “smart TV”.
Unlike other smart TVs this is Open Source and allows you to use your own hardware.
Kodi can be matched with a back end media server such as Plex, or used “stand-alone”.
