Project Cauã has to offer legal contracts for each area to be used. Therefore, areas that might otherwise be thought of as separate countries but are instead “territories” may be listed under the country that determines their legal issues.
As an example, American Samoa, as a territory of the United States, may be listed under the “United States” with a sub-listing under “USA” that will hold contracts and advertising material relevant to the American Samoa Territory
Countries will not be listed unless there is a legal Service Level Agreement (SLA) skeleton that has been created and vetted by lawyers in that country, suitable advertising material skeleton in that country’s official language and at least one volunteer mentor to give guidance to the students.
